Archer began his career in the events-industry on the front lines at Foodz Catering, where he quickly identified numerous manual bottlenecks – staffing, bookkeeping, and proposal drafting – that bogged down productivity. Instead of accepting inefficiency as the norm, he built AI-powered automations to streamline those workflows. That early blend of frontline empathy and inventive problem-solving taught him what automation should deliver most: relief, not complexity. Along the way, Archer earned a B.A. in Design from Western Washington University and a Certificate in Software Product Management from the University of Washington, pairing creative thinking with disciplined product execution. He then stepped into professional leadership as chair of ILEA Seattle and NACE Greater Seattle, building real-world redesigns of industry norms and deepening his understanding of the people behind the events world. At Loophole, Archer steers product vision, customer discovery, and go-to-market strategy. He connects client pain points to practical, impactful technology solutions, communicating in plain business terms while ensuring every design is built for long-term scalability.

Noah brings a background in low-code automation and data science from his five years at LinkedIn – where he learned to translate raw information into tools that actually solve problems without overengineering. Noah meets clients where they are, using their expertise to guide the build process. He listens for the real bottlenecks – whether that’s a repetitive admin bottleneck or a communication breakdown between tools – and lets business insights drive the tech solution, not the other way around. At Loophole, Noah oversees development of all custom automations, aimed to fit seamlessly into the systems businesses already use. But what truly sets him apart is his ability to look beyond surface-level issues—he doesn’t just “fix a broken workflow.” He partners with clients to explore why something isn’t working, and then co-designs solutions that fit their context and scale.

Before co-founding Loophole Automation, Sean built a decade-long career in high-stakes financial advisory, serving as Vice President in Guggenheim Securities’ Consumer / Retail and its Liability Management / Capital Structure Advisory practices. He advised companies, investors, and governments on over $1.5 billion in mergers and acquisitions, $1.4 billion in financings, and more than $200 billion in restructurings — experience that honed his ability to see the big picture, manage complexity, and deliver measurable results. At Loophole, Sean translates that expertise into tangible wins for clients — advising on workflow design, financial strategy, and operational optimization, and ensuring every automation investment delivers maximum return. By combining deep financial acumen with practical operational insight, he creates strategies that work in the real world and produce measurable, lasting impact. Previous clients include: Keurig Dr. Pepper, the State of California (in connection with the PG&E bankruptcy), the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, California Pizza Kitchen, Kelso (Eagle Foods), PhyMed Healthcare Group, EPIC Midstream, government of Guinea-Bissau (in connection with restructuring bilateral Taiwan Ex-Im debt); and creditors of Claire’s Inc, Seadrill (NADL), and Venezuela / PDVSA.
